Three Claim Foundationsions Have Reached An Agreement with Volkswagen Group Regarding Compensation for the Scandal Involving Manipulated Diesel Engines. Affected Parties Can Expect An Amount Ranging from 300 to 2,500 euros.

This is Reported by the Consumers’ Association Together with the Car Claim Foundation, Diesel Emissions Justice Foundation, and Volkswagen Group Diesel Efficiency Foundation.

It is not Yet Known How much Money Volkswagen Will Lose in Total From The Settlement. That Depends on the Number of people who file a claim.

The Amount of Compensation also Depends on the Car Model, the Time It Was Purchased, And Whether It was a New Or Used Car. Claims can be submitted from Wednesday Until December 9.

No part of the compensation Amounts Goes to the Claim Organizations. Their Compensation is Already Included in The Total Settlement Amount, Explains A Spokesperson for the Consumers’ Association.
