Oscar winner Jessica Chastain follows Master to Harvard

Actress Jessica Chastain has been seen on the campus of Harvard University in Cambridge. According to Variety, the 48-year-old Oscar winner is pursuing a two-year master’s degree in public administration there.

According to the American university, the master’s is intended for “aspiring leaders with practical experience and academic knowledge in the fields of economics, public policy, or management.”

Chastain previously studied drama at the prestigious Juilliard School in New York, where she graduated in 2003. Last year, she received an honorary doctorate from the same school in recognition of her “exceptional contribution” to the world of film and theater.

The American actress is known for films such as Jolene, The Help, and Interstellar. For her role in The Eyes of Tammy Faye, she won an Oscar, a Critics Choice Award, and a SAG Award in 2022. In 2012, she made her Broadway debut in the play The Heiress.
