The network issues that Odido customers in the Gouda and Zoetermeer area have been experiencing since Saturday morning have been resolved. A spokesperson for the telecom provider confirmed this.
The outage was related to the issues Odido had on Friday, when thousands of outage reports were made nationwide.
People experienced problems with mobile calls, SMS messages, and internet on Friday and Saturday. The problems were caused by maintenance work on data centers, during which certain updates were not implemented correctly.
The company announced on Saturday that it is looking into compensation for customers who have experienced network problems for more than twelve hours. More information on this will be released next week.
