Evangeline Lilly, who starred in the series Lost for years, fainted on the beach. “I landed face down on a rock,” the Canadian actress wrote on Instagram on Friday.
Lilly was then rushed to the hospital. Doctors concluded that she has hypoglycemia, which indicates a low blood glucose level. This is especially common in people with diabetes.
The 45-year-old actress said in the Instagram post that she has fainted more often.
Lilly became world famous for the role of Kate Austen in the ABC series Lost. She then starred in films such as The Hobbit and Ant-Man and the Wasp. She also appeared in the comedy horror series Little Evil on Netflix.
