Kane will release the last album in September

KANE has announced their final album. Exit & Entrances will be released on September 12. Earlier this year, the Hague-based band announced that they would be definitively stopping after their last two concerts in October.

“If you already know in advance that this will be the last time we make a KANE album, you want above all that the record resonates with who we are now – in 2025,” the band writes in a press release about the album.

“That it shows (and sees) where we stand as artists, songwriters and friends,” KANE continues. “Exit & Entrances is our latest addition to a 25-year day (and night) book, consisting of seven album chapters. This album is the final one.”

KANE recorded the album from the beginning of 2023 to the summer of 2025. “All our albums turn out to be a time recording, a diary of where we were,” says frontman Dinand Woesthoff. “We are incredibly happy, and above all grateful, that we can conclude our KANE adventure with this beautiful album.”

According to guitarist Dennis van Leeuwen, recording the album went “as it always has.” “Without many words, the music comes out of us,” he says. “It’s really magical to experience, and fantastic that we still seem to have this in us after all these years.”

On September 17, KANE will celebrate the release of the album with a show in Paradiso in Amsterdam. Ticket sales start on Friday at 10:00 AM.
