The Austrian police have found a non-functioning pipe bomb in the home of the perpetrator of the shooting in Graz. Austria has declared three days of national mourning. A minute of silence will be observed on Wednesday at 10:00 AM.
The 21-year-old man killed ten people in a shooting at a secondary school on Tuesday. Twelve others were injured. He then took his own life. The victims were found on different floors in the school and outside the building.
The shooter was a former student who never graduated. His motive is not yet known. However, the police have found a suicide note. Austrian media write that the man felt bullied, but the police have not confirmed that information.
