Klaasje Meijer gave birth to a son, says the former K3 singer on Instagram. The boy was born on August 17 and was named Abel. “We are so happy with you, writes the thirty -year -old Meijer.
Meijer shares that the start was not easy. “The start was difficult, but we hope to be able to go home together soon,” she writes. “We crawl into our cocoon in the coming period, and will automatically make something heard from us.”
Earlier, Meijer shared in conversation with parents of today that she “had no carefree pregnancy”. “That took a while,” she said, although she did not enter in detail. She said she would like to give birth in the hospital. “Choosing a home birth was unfortunately not an option, my birth is becoming medical. That was a disappointment, although I also feel safe with the medical staff.”
The former K3 singer announced in April that she was expecting her first child. She married her partner, lawyer Max van Geest last year. The two have been together for more than ten years.
