Actress Denise Richards has accused her ex Aaron Phypers of physical and verbal violence, TMZ reports on Thursday on the basis of court documents. PhyPers has received a temporary contact ban from the judge for domestic violence.
“During our relationship, Aaron strangled me regularly, he squeezed both hands in my head, tightened my arms firmly and hit me in my face and on my head,” says Richards.
Also, Phypers would have threatened her several times with death and would be in possession of at least eight unregistered weapons. If Richards would call the police after various incidents, he would rob himself of life.
The contact ban applies until 8 August, the day on which the former couple must appear in court. Phypers has to stay 100 meters away from Richards, her house, her work and her car.
Earlier this month it was announced that Richards and Pypers will separate after an eight -year marriage. For both it was their second marriage.
The 54-year-old Richards was married to actor Charlie Sheen from 2002 to 2006. With him she had two daughters: Sam (21) and Lola (20). In 2011 she adopted daughter Eloise. The 52 -year -old Phypers was previously married to Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan.

PHYPERS also allegedly threatened her with Death Several Times and is Said to Possess at Least Eight Unregistered Weapons. If richards were to call the police after several incidents, he would take his own life.
The restraining order is Valid Until August 8, the day the former couple must -appear in Court. PHYPERS MUST Stay 100 meters away from Richards, Her Home, Her Work, and Her Car.
