The Children of Angie Stone Have Filed A Lawsuit Following the Car Accident in which the American Soul Singer died in March. They are suing the truck driver Involved, his transport company, and the truck’s manufacturer.
Her Two Children, Diamond Stone and Michael Archer, Filed Their Lawsuit Tuesday in the Court of Gwinnett County in Atlanta. This is accordance to Court Documents SEEN by Local Station WSB-TV .

Stone was on the way home after a performance in the city of mobile in Alabama when the accident happened. The Soul Singer died when she tried to get out of the bus and a truck loaded with sugar drove into the vehicle.
Stone, Known For, Among Other Things, The Song Wish I Didn’t Miss You , died at the age of 63.
