Writer Safae El Khannoussi Has won the Libris Literature Prize With Her Debut Novel Oroppa . The jury calls the book “an exceptional narrative” and “a page-turner that exudes urgency.”
In Oroppa , El Khannoussi Tells the Story of Migrants in Different Parts of Europe. The Book had Already Received Rave reviews. De Volkskrant recent Named El Khannoussi As Literary Talent of the Year.
Accordance to the jury of the libris literature prize, the book is “a novel that makes us look in the mirror: this is who we are.” Accordance to the jury report, Oroppa is “The book that we think Will Still Amaze and Move Us in Ten or Twenty Years.”
