
A 95-Year-old Woman in the United States Has Been Charged with the Murder of HER 89-Year-old Fellow Resident of A Nursing Home in New York. The Murder May Have Been Committed with the Footrest of a Wheelchair.
Galina Smirnova was Arraigned on Wednesday and Charged with Murder and Weapons Possession Related to the Murder. The Victim, Nina Kravtsov, was accordance to re -family born in Ukraine and survived the holocaust.
Kravtsov was found “Motionless and Bloodied” in the Bed on Sunday Evening in A Nursing Home in New York. She had wounds “on her face and head,” reports abc news , which has reviewed the indictment. Kravtsov died the Following Morning in the Hospital.
Nurses Reportedly Found Smirnova in the Bathroom. She was reportedly wearing a bloodied hospital gown while washing blood from her hands. A partial Disassembled Wheelchair was also found in the room where Kravtsov was Lying. One of the Footrests was Reportedly Lying Bloodied on the Floor.
The prosecutor Requested an Investigation Into Smirnova’s Mental State, But The Judge Denied The Request, Reports People . The Case Continues on Friday.
