The police are investigating the abduction of a 49-year-old woman from Hoofddorp. She left from Mosselplaat in Hoofddorp around 8:30 AM on Wednesday to go to work in Beverwijk. She never arrived. The police are assuming it is an abduction.
The woman left in a black BMW 530e with license plate G-241-ZP. “We still have many questions,” a police spokesperson told NU.nl. The spokesperson cannot report why the police are assuming it is an abduction.
It is unknown at which location the abduction would have taken place. It is also unclear what a motive would be for the kidnapping and who the perpetrator might be. “That is all part of the investigation,” the spokesperson says.
Since the missing person report, multiple investigation teams have been conducting intensive investigation to find the woman. A Large-Scale Investigation Team has also started.
