Russian Hackers Targeted the Websites of the Provinces of Groningen, Noord-Holland, Zeeland, Drenthe, Overijssel, and Noord-Brabant, As Well as the Municipalities of Apeldoorn, Breda, Nijmegen, and Tilburg.
