“This country needs adult leadership. We are no longer going to work with him,” says Yesilgöz to the newspaper. The VVD leader states that this position is shared by party members. According to her, that came to the fore last week in conversations with various VVD people.

“None of them said that Wilders deserved another chance,” said Yesilgöz, who complements that her supporters are “angry and disappointed” about the fall of the cabinet. She holds Wilders responsible for that.
