Manchester United to part ways with Eriksen
Christian Eriksen is leaving Manchester United after three seasons. The English club just announced on its site that the expiring contract of the 33-year-old Dane will not be extended. Barça sells Lenglet to Atlético
Clément Lenglet is trading FC Barcelona for Atlético Madrid. The French defender already played for the Madrid team on loan last year and did so well that the club is now signing him permanently. Van Dijk rules out Eredivisie return again
Virgil van Dijk does not see himself returning to the Eredivisie. The Oranje captain has previously hinted that he will not return to the Dutch fields and was again clear about his future during the Oranje press conference. “I’m not coming back to the Netherlands,” Van Dijk said in Zeist on Monday. “I am quite proud of my career so far. I don’t think finishing in the Eredivisie would be part of that.”
Grealish could go to Everton
Jack Grealish is stuck at Manchester City and could join Everton. Everton has reportedly made a bid of 40 million for the 29-year-old attacker, which City thinks is worth more. It’s over for Scott Carson. The goalkeeper is leaving Manchester City after six years. The 39-year-old goalkeeper’s contract has not been extended. Keeper Olij has reportedly reached an agreement with PSV
Nick Olij and PSV seem to have agreed on a four-year contract. The 29-year-old goalkeeper from Sparta Rotterdam will be the first summer acquisition of the national champion. Olij would only have to pass the medical examination. The goalkeeper is currently part of the Oranje selection and is preparing for the World Cup qualifying match against Malta. Ronaldo says he will stay at Al Nassr
After numerous speculations, Cristiano Ronaldo put an end to all rumors on Sunday evening. After the won Nations League final, the Portuguese star addressed his future. “Yes, I’m staying at Al Nassr!” said Ronaldo, who has been playing for the Saudi club since 2023.
