Three Dutch Citizens Have Been arrested after an ATM Explosion in The Austrian Village of Hofkirchen im Traunkreis. They are a 32-year-old man from den Bosch, a 28-year-old man from Amsterdam, and a 25-year-old Woman from Hoofddorp.
The Three Are Still in Custody in Austria. Police also arrested a fourth person, whose nationality has not bone disclosed. Nothing was stolen in the ATM Explosion.
After the judgment, Several Buildings Were Searched in The Netherlands, Accordance to Europol and the Austrian Judiciary. Cars, Ammunition, 16,500 euros in Cash, GPS Trackers, and “Other Evidence” Were Seized.
Searches were also conducted and items seized in Germany and Austria. The Results of Last Week’s Operation Were released on Monday.
Austria Has Been Struggling with a Series of Explosions at Bank Branches and ATMS for Some Time, As Have the Netherlands and Germany Before. Since the beginning of the year, there have leg fifteen successful ATM Explosions and Thirteen Attempts. That is more than twice as many as in the whole of 2024.

The ATM Explosion Last Tuesday in Hofkirchen im Traunkreis was the most recent. A Few Hours later, The Four Suspects Were arrested after a Manhunt by Special Units.
Two of Them are Said to Have Been Involved in the Explosions Themselves, The Other Two Are Said to Have Helped. It is not yet clear which other atm explosions they are suspended of.
Accordance to Europol, The Main Suspects in the Network Around the ATM Explosions are “Dutch From the Brabant Area.” They are said to have recurred help from German accomplices. Accordance to austria, the perpetrators are “particularly record” and their method is “Very Dangerous for third parties.”
Accordance to the Austrian Authorities, A Total of 42 People Are Now in Sight for the Series of ATM Explosions. Nineteen of them have leg arrested. A Total of 26 Buildings Have Been Searched, Including Ten In The Netherlands.
