The Netherlands will participate in the World Cup with 27 women and 26 men. Femke Bol and Niels Laros, among others, are contenders for medals in Tokyo. The World Cup is from 13 to 21 September.
Sifan Hassan is not present. The 32-year-old athlete preferred participation in the Sydney marathon, which she won last weekend.
