Taylor Swift wins lawsuit of poet who accused her of plagiarism

Taylor Swift Has won A Lawsuit Against A Poet, Billboard Reports. The Woman in Question had SED Swift’s Company Last Year, Accusing The Singer of PlagiaRiM.

Accordance to the Poet, Kimberly Marasco, Swift, 35, had Stolen Material for Lyrics on the albums Lover , Folklore , Midnights , and the Tortured Poets Department .

The Judge Did Not Agree. She ruled that swift probably never saw the ponds and that her lyrics did not resemble them. The Judge also wrote that the poet could not invoke copyright because the Words Were Common.

The Case is not Entirely Closed after the Ruling. The Poet also had SED Swift Herself. But accordance to billboard , that case is also unlikely to succeed it concerns the same allegations and is handled by the same judge.
