The 23-year-old man from Hoorn, Susped of Involvement in The Death of Singer S10’s Twin Brother, Will Remain in Custody for Another Sixteen Days. The Noord-Holland Court decided this on Thursday.
At the end of July, it was announced that the suspect would remain in Custody for Two Week Longer. He had Already Been in Pre-Trial Detention for Sixty Days.
The Public Prosecution Service Initially Wanted to Extend the Man’s Pre-Trial Detention by Thirty Days At The End Of July. It was not Known at the Time Why the Court Deviated from That Requirement. With the sixteen days now added, the total ultimately comes to thirty days.
The 24-Year-Old Emiel Den Hollander Fell from An Apartment in Amsterdam on April 16 Under Suspicious Circumstances. He was found seriously injured on the roof of a garage.
S10’s Brother was in a coma for nine week after his fall, from which he did not awaken. He died of his injuries on June 19.
