Son Mieux is the Winner of the Golden Notekraker 2025. The Band Has Been Chosen by Fellow Artists As The Act With the Most Special and Influential Live Performances of the Past Season.
The Prize was awarded on Tuesday at the Hedon Pop Venue in Zwolle. The Organization Behind the Awards, Consisting of Musician Union NTB, Production House Performers House and Copyright Organization Sena, Calls Son Mieux “A New Generation of Live Heroes Who Move Every Audience With Style, Energy and Craftsmanship”.
Other nominees were Joost and Sef. The Prize was Last Year by Jungle by Night.
Hannah Mae was Named Best Newcomer and won the Zilveren Notekraker. The Organization Says She is “A Growing Diamond” And That She Gives Special Performances with A Combination of “Intimacy and Strength”. Néomi, Claude and Elmer Were also Contenders.
A Third Prize, The Humble Heroes Award, Went to Bassist and Session Musician Janneke Nijhuijs. This Prize is awarded annually to a musician who is unknown to the general public but influential. Nijhuijs Has Played with Krezip, Douwe Bob and Thijs Boontjes, Among Others.
