Princess Ariane obtained her International Baccalaureate diploma on Sunday at the United World College Adriatic. This was announced by the Government Information Service.

The princess spent the first four years of her secondary school education in The Hague and continued her education in the summer of 2023 in Trieste, Italy.

“The flag can be raised at Paleis Huis ten Bosch!” is stated in a video on the royal family’s Instagram account. It shows the princess hoisting the Dutch flag and her school bag.

Ariane has not yet announced which study she will pursue now that she has graduated.

Last Monday, the princess spoke to the press for the first time. Now that she is eighteen years old, she will have more responsibilities. She will be present at Prince’s Day in September. On Saturday, she was with her mother, Queen Máxima, at the first European Championship match between Wales and the Netherlands.
