Pink Floyd is Releasing a Jubilee Edition of Their Eighth Studio Album Wish You Were Here from 1975 on December 12th. The British Band is celebrating the album’s fiftieth anniversary with the record.
The Jubilee Edition is called Wish You Were here 50 and Contains Six PreviOutly Unreleased Alternative Versions and Demos From The Album. The record Will Be Released Digitally, AS A Triple album On Vinyl, As A Double CD, Blu-ray, and As a Deluxe Box Set.
The Various Releases Contain various bonus Materials from Band Members David Gilmour, Roger Waters, Richard Wright, and Nick Mason.
Wish you were here here Went Multi-Platinum in 1975, Topped Carts Worldwide, and Has Been on International Lists of Best albums of all time for decades.
Simultanesly with the announcement of the jubilee edition, the band has released a previously unknown demo recording of the song Welcome to the Machine : The Machine Song (Demo #2, Revisited) .
