Karen Damen, Kristel Verbeke and Kathleen Aerts had their first reunion concert in the AFAS Dome in Antwerp on Friday evening. The singers were visibly moved afterwards, can be seen on images on social media.
Damen, Verbeke and Aerts received the final applaus with loud cheers. The singers looked emotionally and gave each other a hug before they said goodbye to the audience.
“Thank you everyone,” Damen addressed the many fans. “And don’t forget: I’m Karen”, “I am Kristel,” said Verbeke, “and I am Kathleen,” said Aerts. “Forever your K3”, they decided together.
After a series of performances in Antwerp, K3 will be in Rotterdam Ahoy next year with a series of shows.
