The problems arose on Wednesday morning, when customers with a mobile phone could not connect to the internet.
The company found a solution for this, but it led to overloading other systems. This created a new malfunction, which was flattened by the entire mobile network of Odido for hours. Daughter brands Ben and simple were also touched by those malfunctions.
“The situation on our network is currently stable,” a spokesperson said on Thursday morning. “We continue to monitor continuously.”
Odido is still investigating the exact causes of the malfunctions. The company suspects that there are no cyber attacks behind it. Wednesday’s malfunctions met tens of thousands of people.
