In A Canal in Utrecht, A Seal was Spotted on Monday Afternoon. The Animal is Said to Be About Three Months Old. On Instagram, The Municipality Asks Residents To Leave the Young Seal Alone.

The Animal is swimming in The Merwedekanaal and Attracting a Lot Of Attention, Accordance to a Reporter from the Press Agency ANP . Boxes of People Are Standing Along the Side to Catch a Glimpse of the Lost Seal.

“We are delighted to welcome a very special new resident of Utrecht,” The Municipality Writes. Images of the animal say that it is about three months old and can manage well. “So Leave Him Alone, Don’t Feed Him and Enjoy It From A distance.”
