The court in Rotterdam wants to hear outgoing Prime Minister Dick Schoof as a witness in the case of a former NCTV employee, who is suspected of leaks. Schoof was previously the head of the NCTV.

The case revolves around Abderrahim El M., who worked for years as an interpreter and analyst for the National Coordinator of Terrorism and Security (NCTV). El M. was arrested in 2023 on suspicion of leaking large quantities of state secret information to the Moroccan government.
