Jessie J does not have metastatic cancer. The 37-year-old singer shared the results of her breast cancer surgery on Instagram on Monday. “Tears of joy,” she writes.
“I’m okay,” Jessie J says. “Thank you for the prayers, the love, the well wishes, the joy, and all the positive energy.”
The British singer will need to undergo one more cosmetic surgery on her breasts. “To make these nieces look more like sisters. But now it’s time for gratitude.”
Jessie J, who is known for songs like Bang Bang, Price Tag, and Flashlight, announced in early June that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. She underwent surgery a few weeks later.
