Janine and Sander, known from the KRO-NCRV program Boer zoekt vrouw, are having their first child. They are expecting a girl at the end of September.
Janine is thirty weeks pregnant and says she feels good. “A bit round and plump, but that’s part of it. The nursery is already ready, except for a few things. I have a sister with two children, she fortunately still had a lot of things lying around,” she says on the site of Boer zoekt vrouw.
“I find it quite exciting. Sander is a down-to-earth Frisian, he lets it all come to him. In that sense, he is not very busy with it. I’m much more in my head.”
Janine and Sander met in 2021, when sheep farmer Janine participated in the dating program. Sander sent her a letter at the time, followed by a city trip and a cautious start to their relationship.
Although Janine indicated at the time that she needed some time, they later grew closer. They now live together on Janine’s farm in Limburg.
