Jack Osbourne after death father Ozzy: 'My heart hurts too much'

Jack Osbourne has reacted for the first time to the death of his father. Although his heart “hurts a lot,” he also found it “a blessing” to call Ozzy Osbourne his father.

“I haven’t really wanted to post anything on social media since my father’s passing. My heart hurts too much,” Jack writes on Instagram. “He meant so much to so many people, but I was lucky and privileged to call him ‘Dad’.”

The 39-year-old media personality says he feels a lot of sadness, but also love and gratitude. “I got to spend 14,501 days with that man and I know that is a huge blessing.”

Ozzy Osbourne passed away in July at the age of 76. According to the death certificate, the Black Sabbath frontman died of cardiac arrest. He had been struggling with health problems in recent years. For example, he suffered from Parkinson’s disease.
