The Explosions are Seen by Both Russia and the West As Sabotage. Different Parties Point Fingers at Each Other, And No One has Claimed Responsibility for the Attack. It now appears that a ukrainian group was behind the attacks.

After the attack, gas prices in Europe Rose by 12 percent, contributing to the energy crisis that plagued the continent at that time. European Countries Were then Desperately Looking for Alternatives to Russian Gas.
