Four restaurant owners were arrested in Turkey after the death of two Dutch brothers. The boys aged fifteen and seventeen were found dead on Friday afternoon in a hotel in Istanbul. They may have died through food poisoning.

The boys would have become unwell after they had eaten at two restaurants near Taksimplein, Turkish media report. The owners of those restaurants have been arrested. In the meantime, three of them would be conditionally free. The fourth suspect would have house arrest.

The father of the family was also taken to the hospital. On Sunday it was announced that he is out of danger.

The family was on vacation in Istanbul. Hotel staff checked the room on Friday around noon, because the family had not been checked out.
