Lauren Pisciotta has sued her former employer Ye again. She now accuses the rapper of, among other things, assault, battery, stalking, and involvement in sexual exploitation, according to entertainment site TMZ, based on court documents.
It is the second time the former assistant has taken legal action against the artist, formerly known as Kanye West. In a previous case, she accused him of sexual harassment and wrongful termination. She also stated that Ye had drugged her during a studio session.
In the new complaint, Pisciotta says that the rapper committed sexual assault during a business trip. In his hotel room, he allegedly tried to kiss and grope her without her consent, after which he fell asleep.
Later, he allegedly forced her into oral sex. In addition, he allegedly suggested to another man that he have sex with her in exchange for sex with his partner. According to Pisciotta, Ye has repeatedly tried to sexually exploit women.
The rapper has not yet responded to the complaint.
