Foppen finishes twelfth in World Cup final 5,000 meters, Hocker takes revenge

Mike Foppen Finished Twelfth in the 5,000-meter Final at the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo on Sunday. The Dutchman ran a time or 13: 05.94, which was above his Dutch record of 13: 02.43.
