First punishment imposed for riots in Beverwijk: Man (20) gets three months in prison

A twenty-year-old man from Heemskerk Has Been Six Months in Prison, Three Months Suspended, For, Among Other Things, Making Threats on Social Media. He was arrested Earlier this month after a conflict between two rival Youth Groups from Heemskerk, Beverwijk and Haarlem.

Dillian B. was the first of a Total of Eight Suspects to Appear Before the Magistrate in Haarlem. The Sentence is in Accordance with the public prosecution service’s demand. He was on trial for, Among Other Things, (Attempted) Threats on Social Media. He was also said to have possessed a weapon, a type of homemade explosive.

Two Other Suspects are currently in Custody for Their Possible Role in the Riots. They are suspended of attempted male laughter and robbery. The Remaining Five Suspects Have Been Released.

In mid-September, Heemskerk, Haarlem and Beverwijk Were Shocked by An Increasing Threat of Violence Between Youth Groups. Young People from Beverwijk and Heemskerk Are On One Side and Young People from Haarlem Are On The Other. As a result of this quarrel, images full of violence and threats circulated on social media. AI Videos of Explosions in schools also circulated.

Several Schools then decided to close their Doors as a precaity. An Emergency Order was also issue. The Police in Heemskerk and Beverwijk Searched People and Checked Vehicles.
