Seventeen -year -old chef has gastroparesis, a chronic stomach paralysis for which she depends on two food pumps. The singer writes that she has been experiencing severe stitches in her belly and esophagus for a few weeks, which, according to her, are partly recognizable from her illness. “I don’t eat anything anymore, drink little and hardly get any tube feeding,” Kok writes on Instagram. She also writes that her medication has been raised. Because the complaints persisted, she visited the hospital with her mother. There an ultrasound, blood was taken and urine investigated. “The Echo did not show anything strange, I was happy with that.”
According to Kok, the blood and urinary values did show abnormalities, but the doctor did not get confirmation about this. “It was said that everything was normal,” said the singer. Subsequently, she would be explained that her pain signals may come from the brain. The doctors advised her hypnosis therapy.
“If there is drawing, I already know enough,” writes Kok. “Then they will explain that it is in my ears.” She reacts indignantly to that explanation: “When I think of something positive, my pain will go away on its own. And with some luck my gastroparesis too.”
