National coach Dick Advocaat called six new players on Friday for the national team of Curaçao. Six-time Orange-international Riechedly Bazoer is one of the players who should help Curaçao with the very first World Cup participation ever.
Bazoer was nineteen years old when he made his debut for the Dutch national team on November 13, 2015. After his debut match against Wales, he played five more practice matches in 2016 under national coach Danny Blind.
But with those six international matches it remained. As a result, Bazoer can come out for another country.
Lawyer has been trying for some time to seduce Bazoer, who is now standing out for the Turkish Konyaspor, into an international career at Curaçao. Bazoer was initially not keen on that, but can still make his debut for Curaçao next month.
