Building Dutch embassy in Tel Aviv lightly damaged after Iranian rocket attack

The building housing the Dutch embassy in Tel Aviv has been slightly damaged by an Iranian rocket. The staff is unharmed. The embassy space was not hit.

A window of the building was broken, according to a spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to NU.nl.

The ministry shares no further details, because the safety of the staff is “top priority”. It is unknown whether the staff was present at the time of the rocket attack.

Many embassies are located in the affected neighborhood. As far as is known, no other embassies have been hit. Israeli media report that buildings in the area sustained significant damage and that several people were injured.
