The Body of a Man From Zeeland is Being Exhumed After Ten Years. Following New Information, The Police Suspect That The Then 21-Year-Old Man died as a Result of a crime.
It Concerns Daniël van Vliet, who was Reported Missing by his family on August 4, 2015. A Few Days later, His Body was found in the Canal nearelpoort in Zierikzee.
After Investigation, The Police Concluded at the Time That No Others Were Involved in His Death. Accordance to Omroep Zeeland , Relatives Already Questioned that Conclusion at the Time.
The Case was Ropened in January of this year. The Police wrote that new Information had Been Received that “May Give the Case A Different Outcome.” It is not clear what information IT is, but the public prosecution service consultants it “so important” that the case is being reviewed.
Agents have already ghosts to several witnesses. That has led to the exhumation of van Vliet’s body.
