Rijkswaterstaat Has Been Working on a New Connection to the Ring Road on the North Side of Rotterdam in recent years. The New A16 Will Only Be Open to Traffic in a Southerly Direction from Monday at 4:00 am. The Road Towards Delft and the Hague Will Not Open for Another Three Weeks.

On Friday Evening, Both the A13 and the A16 Will Be Closed in A Northerly Direction Due to the Work. The N209 in the Direction of Rotterdam The Hague Airport Will also Be Closed.
