The 32-year-old Schouten Writes on Instagram that she has legs working on her own team for the past few months and was QUITE FAR along with it. “We were already busy training and were looking forward to the coming season.”

“Due to the Health of My Son Dirk, I have unfortunately had to decide to stop the project. I want to give all the Attention I have to home, and in Doing So, I Cannot Commit 100 percent to training and fulfilling the ambitions of the team,” Says Schouten.

Several Skaters had Already Joined Her Team. “It is super annoying for everyone who believed in this fantastic project and put so much time it: sponsors, technical staff, management and of course the skaters who went for it. Thank you for everyone’s trust. For now, me -to’s.

Schouten Gave Birth to Her First Child at the End of Last Year. She put an end to her impressive skating career in February 2024.
