The Banned Liquids Were Seized From An Importter in Gelderland, The NVWA Reported On Monday.
Inspectors had recedived reports that the importer was not adhering to the ban. Therefore, his Stock was checked. The NVWA Anyge Found about Two Hundred Boxes with 70,000 Illegal Refills.
The Importer Will Receive A Fine. The Amount of this Depends On, Among Other Things, Whether Previous Incidents Have Tasks Place With Him, An NVWA Spokesperson Tells Nu.nl. A fine can amount to 22,500 euros. In Addition, The Seller Must Bear the Costs of Destroying the Stock himself.
