Dutch export of goods increased again in March

The Dutch Goods Exports Increased Again in March. This was also the case in February and January. Especial the Export of Machines, Chemical Products and Food and Stimulants HAS Increased.

The Growth Amounted to 3.2 percent, Accordance to Figures from Statistics Agency CBS. In February, Goods Exports Rose by 1.9 percent and in January there was growth of 2.8 percent.

Goods imports in March Were 2.1 percent higher than a year earlier. In Privular, More Chemical Products, Electrotechnical and Optical Equipment, Machinery, Transport Equipment and Food and Stimulants Were Imported.

The Statistics Agency also Measures Every Month Whether the Circumstances are favorable or Unfavorable for International Trade. Accordance to the so-called export radar, the circumstances for export in May Are Less Favorable than in March. This is mainly because the development of exchange rates was less favorable.
