Christian Horner and Red Bull Racing Have definitely parted Ways After Twenty Years. The Former Team Boss Has Reached an Agreement with the Formula 1 Team Regarding the Termination of his Contract.
Horner was under contract with red bull racing until 2030. The Brit was succeeded in July by Frenchman Laurent Mekies, who was Team Boss at Sister Team Racing Bulls. Accordance to Various Media, Horner Will Receive a Severance Payment of Tens of Millions or Euros.
“Leading Red Bull Racing was an Honor and a Privilege,” Horner Said on Monday on the Red Bull Racing Website. “When we started in 2005, None of US Could Have Foreseen What Lay Ahead: The Championships, Races, People and Memories.”

The 51-Year-Old Horner was The Longest-Serving Team Boss in Formula 1. He won four world titles with Both Sebastian Vettel (2010 to 2013) and Verstappen (2021 to 2024).
Horner had Been Under Pressure at Red Bull for Some Time. In Early 2024, he was accused of transgressive behavior by a female employee. He was acquired after an investigation.
Horner’s Position had Become More Unstable This Year After Poorer Performances in Formula 1. Verstappen Still Has A Significant Deficit to McLaren Drivers Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris, But Has won the Past Two Races.
