Snoop Dogg is producing a horror film together with director Eli Roth. Roth confirms that to Variety on Saturday.
The horror film entitled Don’t Go in That House, Bitch! is described by the makers as an “ultimate haunted house film”.
“There are ideas that are so ridiculous that you can’t sleep,” says Roth. “When I shared the idea with Snoop, he immediately understood and was a no-brainer to make this film together. Snoop loves horror films, and I want this to be the ultimate collaboration, which brings out the craziest in both of us.”
In addition to production, the rapper is also responsible for the music. Roth says that Snoop Dogg will take care of the soundtrack of the film. The 53-year-old director previously made Hostel , Cabin Fever and The Green Inferno . As an actor, he could be seen in Inglourious Basterds, among others.
Don’t go in that house, bitch! is presented at the Toronto Film Festival to a selection of international buyers. Further details about the cast and release date are not yet known.
