Citizens hold man in the act with attempted sexual violence in Diemen

A forty-year-old man from Amsterdam was arrested by two citizens on the night from Friday to Saturday when he was caught in the act of committing an indent act in Diemen. The man is suspended of attempted sexual assault, Police Say.
