Aubrey Plaza has spoken for the first time about the grieving period after the death of her husband, screenwriter and director Jeff Baena. The The White Lotus Acress Says She “Struggles Daily” With the complaint.
“In general, I’m here and functioning. I’m very gratful that I can move the world. I think I’m doing well, but it’s obviously a daily struggle,” Says the 41-year-old plaza in the podcast.
“There is always a huge ocean of misery, which is nearby and which I can see. Sometimes I just want to dive in. Sometimes I try to get away from it. But it’s always there.”
Plaza and Baena started a relationship in 2011 and married ten years later.
Baena passed away in January at the age of 47. He took his own life. Earlier, Plaza Spoke in A Statement about an “Unimaginable Tragedy.”
