Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still embroiled in a legal battle over their shared vineyard, Château Miraval. The 61-year-old actor has now requested the actress to disclose all communication she had after the alleged incident.
Pitt’s lawsuit concerns the vineyard that the actor couple bought together in 2008. Jolie sold her stake in Château Miraval in October 2021 to a Russian oligarch. Pitt went to court because he allegedly never gave approval for the sale. According to the actor, the oligarch had “wrong intentions” with the purchased share.
According to legal documents, which are in the possession of People, Pitt is now demanding access to his ex’s private messages. According to the actor, these could be crucial in the lawsuit.
The fifty-year-old Jolie previously argued that she could not sell her share to Pitt because he had suddenly made a number of “unreasonable and irrelevant” conditions shortly before. For example, he allegedly demanded that Jolie no longer speak in public about the events that led to their divorce.
Pitt and Jolie were together for twelve years. The two have six children together.
