WNL presenter Welmoed Sijtsma and her boyfriend are expecting their first child in the fall. “We are super happy and fortunate,” she writes on Instagram. The couple is currently enjoying their vacation in Greece.

Sijtsma has been very involved with fertility lately due to the series . In it, she explores the world of , where more and more women are having their eggs frozen.
During filming, her desire to have children became increasingly clear, she says. Sijtsma is also “very grateful that it worked out. Because unfortunately, that is not a given for everyone. Much love also for those who are still struggling with questions or an unfulfilled wish.”
